BridgeCity Church was planted July 2014 and currently meets at Little Cedars Elementary on Sundays at 10:00 am in Mill Creek, WA. We are a gospel–centered community committed to the mission given to the church by Jesus in Matthew 28:19. Collectively, we pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus through regular study of scripture, worship, observing the sacraments, gospel proclamation and discipleship within large and small group gatherings. We believe the church is the means in which God has chosen to reach the world with the gospel. Therefore, we strive for a church culture as Paul describes in 1 Corinthians 12 & 13: a body of believers who love one another genuinely, proclaim the gospel in word and deed, serve the church and the community sacrificially, and multiplies through the grace of God. We desire to be a church that promotes biblical community within the neighborhoods and areas in which we live and worship together.
Nate and Rebekah McGlinchy
Pastor Nate McGlinchy grew up in Snohomish and his wife, Rebekah, in Northern Indiana. God brought their lives together in the Central Asian country of Kyrgyzstan, while serving in missions. They soon discovered a shared common passion for worship and for God’s glory to be made known in all nations and their love story began. They returned to the United States and were married in June of 2001. They had hoped to return overseas once married, but God had other plans for them. Due to the closed doors following 9/11 they found themselves working with the local church, leading and developing the worship ministry in northern Indiana. During this time they were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Allayah and Ellianna, who continue to grow and thrive by God’s grace. In 2009, an opportunity came to move into full-time ministry as an Associate Pastor at a church outside of Philadelphia, PA which then lead to co-planting Church Without Borders in Marlton, NJ in 2011.
